The invention discloses a device and method for controlling ammonia water flow in a denitration system, and the device for controlling the ammonia water flow in the denitration system comprises an ammonia water conveying pipeline; a switch electromagnetic valve and an electromagnetic flowmeter sequentially communicated with the ammonia water conveying pipeline along the ammonia water conveying flow direction of the ammonia water conveying pipeline; a flow regulating branch pipeline communicated with the ammonia water conveying pipeline and connected to the two ends of the switch electromagnetic valve in parallel, wherein the flow regulating branch pipeline is communicated with a small-caliber flow regulating valve; and an ammonia water flow control circuit electrically connected with the electromagnetic flowmeter, the switch electromagnetic valve and the small-caliber flow regulating valve respectively. According to the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, accurate adjustment of the small ammo
