The device comprises a device box, wherein an annular groove is formed in an inner top of the device box, an annular rail is rotatably connected into the annular groove, a cleaning box is fixedly connected to a lower end of the annular rail, through holes are formed in side walls of the cleaning box, blanking holes are formed in a lower end of the cleaning box, a feeding port is formed in an upper end of the device box and communicates with the cleaning box, and an air inlet pipe and a water inlet pipe which communicate with interior of the device box are arranged at the upper end of the device box. According to the device, by arranging a purification mechanism, a first transmission mechanism, a second transmission mechanism and a cleaning box, vegetables can be cleaned and dewatered in sequence in the same closed environment, the vegetables do not need to be transported between two steps, the vegetables are p
