Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a house lease pricing method and system in the technical field of computers. The method comprises the following steps: step S10, automatically obtaining house resource data froma house rental platform by using a crawler tool; step S20, preprocessing the acquired house resource data; step S30, creating a pricing model, and inputting the preprocessed house resource data intothe pricing model for training; step S40, verifying the pricing model after training; and S50, pricing the house lease by using the verified pricing model. The method has the advantage that the pertinence and objectivity of house lease pricing are greatly improved. 本发明提供了计算机技术领域的一种房屋租赁定价方法及系统，方法包括如下步骤：步骤S10、利用爬虫工具自动从租房平台获取房源数据；步骤S20、对获取的所述房源数据进行预处理；步骤S30、创建一定价模型，将预处理后的所述房源数据输入定价模型进行训练；步骤S40、对训练后的所述定价模型进行验证；步骤S50、利用验证后的所述定价模型对房屋租赁进行定价。本发明的优点在于：极大的提升了房屋租赁定价的针对性以及客观性。
