The method comprises the following steps: step S10, automatically obtaining house resource data froma house rental platform by using a crawler tool; step S20, preprocessing the acquired house resource data; step S30, creating a pricing model, and inputting the preprocessed house resource data intothe pricing model for training; step S40, verifying the pricing model after training; and S50, pricing the house lease by using the verified pricing model.
