Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of phosphorus content detection, in particular to a method for detecting the phosphorus content in euphausia superba. The method comprises the following steps of (1) pre-treating a sample, namely thawing a sample, draining, weighing, drying in a drying oven, and kneading into powder; (2) putting 0.1 g of the powdery sample into a beaker I, adding 10mL of nitric acid with the density of 1.40 g/mL and perchloric acid with the density of 1.68 g/mL, then heating and evaporating until the sample becomes dry, cooling, and then adding 10mL of water for dissolving; (3) transferring the dissolved test solution into a 100mL volumetric flask I, adding water to dilute until the test solution is aligned with the scale marks, and uniformly shaking the test solution; and (4) sucking 1mL of the test solution from the volumetric flask I, putting the test solution into a volumetric flask II, adding 10mL of water, adding 10mL of a phosphorus chromophoric solution, taking water as a r |
