Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a high polymer material-coated metal product. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a metal profile conforming to the tolerance specification of a conductor from a metal base material through a processing and forming process; coating the surface of the metal profile with a layer of high polymer material; placing the metal profileinto a mold, and controlling the thickness of the high polymer material coating the metal surface by controlling the size of the mold; placing the metal profile, obtained in the step, coated with thehigh polymer material in a cooling device for shock cooling, and taking out the metal profile when the metal profile coated with the high polymer material is cooled to the temperature not higher than40 DEG C; and rolling the metal profile coated with the high polymer material.
