The invention discloses an application store and a using method thereof. The application store comprises a client and a server, wherein the client comprises a WebView layer and a Native layer used forloading and displaying the WebView layer. The using method comprises the following steps of: mobile application display, wherein the WebView layer displays a mobile application according to a received rendering result sent by the server; application installation or uninstallation, which is implemented by calling a native interface registered for the WebView layer by the Native layer through utilizing the WebView layer when detecting that the WebView layer receives a mobile application installation or uninstallation request, acquiring a corresponding mobile application stored in the server, and installing or uninstalling the mobile application; and application display updating, wherein the server updates the corresponding mobile application parameters when the mobile application is installed or uninstalled, and re
