The invention discloses a device and method for measuring relative slippage of a steel-concrete interface. The device comprises a supporting rod, a measuring rod, a limiting plate, an elastic element,a strain gauge, and a strain collection instrument. The limiting plate is fixed on the supporting rod. One end of the elastic element is connected with the limiting plate, and the other end of the elastic element is connected with one end of the measuring rod.
