The electric and manual dual-purpose four-way valve comprises a motor and a reversing system, and further comprises a motorcontrol structure for controlling stop positions in the motor moving process, wherein the motor control structure is provided with a rotating shaft for driving the reversing system to rotate; the rotating shaft is provided with two collision blocks with set phase difference; the rotating shaft is driven by the motor to synchronously move with the motor; travel switches are respectively arranged inthe positions corresponding to all the collision blocks beside the rotating shaft; the collision blocks are cam-shaped; and when the collision blocks rotate, through the effect of outer convex partsof cams and the corresponding travel switches, two stop positions of the motor are respectively corresponding to two channel communicating states in the reversing system.
