Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a non-oriented electrical steel plate with high magnetic induction and low iron loss. The non-oriented electrical steel plate comprises, by mass, 0.001-0.004% of C, 1.6-3.5% ofSi, 0.1-1.0% of Mn, 0.15-2.0% of Al, 0-0.002% of Ti, 0.003-0.2% in total of one or both of Sb and Sn, and the balance Fe and other inevitable impurities. In addition, the invention discloses a continuous annealing process and manufacturing method of the non-oriented electrical steel plate with high magnetic induction and low iron loss. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: smelting and casting, hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, implementation of the continuous annealing process, and covering with an insulating coating, thereby obtaining the non-oriented electrical steel plate with excellent magnetic performance.
