Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a non-oriented electrical steel plate with excellent magnetic performance. The non-oriented electrical steel plate comprises, by mass, greater than 0 and smaller than or equalto 0.004% of C, 0.1-3.5% of Si, 0.15-2.0% of Mn, 0.1-3.5% of Al, 0.001-0.1% in total of one or both of Sb and Sn, 0.0005-0.01% in total of one or more of Ca, Mg and RE, and the balance Fe and other inevitable impurities. In addition, the invention discloses a continuous annealing process and manufacturing method of the non-oriented electrical steel plate with excellent magnetic performance. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: smelting and casting, hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, implementation of the continuous annealing process, and covering with an insulating coating, thereby obtaining the non-oriented electrical steel plate with excellent magnetic performance.
