According to the invention, a rubber is modified, wherein therigidity of the rubber is improved under the condition that the elasticity of the rubber is not changed through high-speed shearing by doping steel fibers and a hydrophilic polymer in the rubber, thenthe obtained modified rubber is mixed with polypropylene, graphite phase carbon nitride, nano calcium carbonate and ferroferric oxide hexahydrate, and the mixture is extruded through an extruder; thepreparation process is simple and easy to implement, and the obtained composite material is high in impact resistance, resistant to low temperature and good in energy storage effect; and the graphite-phase carbon nitride, the ferroferric oxide hexahydrate and the nano calcium carbonate are mixed to form a three-phase structure, so that the stability is good, and the catalytic degradation efficiency of carbon dioxide is hig
