The engineering strain for efficiently expressing the streptomycescello-oligosaccharide transport protein gene is successfully constructed by connecting the streptomyces cello-oligosaccharide transport protein gene to a pET-28a vector, transferring the streptomycescello-oligosaccharide transport protein gene into a competent target strain and carrying out induced expression culture, and thermodynamic experiments prove that the engineering strain can be efficiently combined with cello-oligosaccharide, especially cellobiose, so that a tool is provided for further industrial utilization of cellulose.
