Zusammenfassung:This encoder is provided with: a detection unit (26) for detecting the rotation position of a rotor (13); a substrate (23) on which the detection unit (26) is mounted; a support part (24) for supporting the substrate (23) from a first-surface (23a) side of the substrate (23); a bracket (21) provided sandwiching the support part (24) across from the first surface (23a) of the substrate (23); a cover (22) for forming an accommodating space (25), which accommodates the substrate (23) and the support part (24), together with the bracket (21); and a motor lead line (16) passing through the bracket(21), the motor lead line (16) being led into the accommodating space (25). A first partition wall (24b) is formed in the support part (24), the first partition wall (24b) partitioning the interior ofthe accommodating space (25) between the substrate (23) and the motor lead wire (16) and forming a wiring passage (28) through which the motor lead wire (16) passes.
