The plurality of imaging elements -A and imaging elements -B share a common photoelectric conversion layer 23, and the common photoelectric conversion layer 23 is located outside the optical black area and extends toward an outer edge area that surrounds the optical black area. An outer edge electrode 201 is disposed in the outer edge area.
