The power amplifier comprises an input matching circuit, a grid bias circuit, atransistor, a drain bias circuit and an output matching circuit. The input end of the input matching network is connected with the power input end, the output end of the input matching network is connected with the grid electrode of the transistor, the grid electrode biasing circuit is connected with the grid electrode in parallel, the drain electrode of the transistor is connected with the output matching circuit, the drain electrode biasing circuit is connected with the drain electrode in parallel, and the output end of the output matching circuit serves as power output.
