The method comprisesthe following steps that 1, a tail end sensing terminal acquires voltage data of an electric energy meter through RS485, and performs voltage sampling through a built-in metering chip; 2, the tail endsensing terminal performs high-precision metering, so that the numerical value of voltage of each phase is metered, and meanwhile, the tail end sensing terminal acquires metering voltage of the electric energy meter in an RS485 communication mode; and step 3, the similarity between the voltage change curve of the electric energy meter and the fluctuation of voltage of three phases of A, B and C can be calculated on the basis of the statistical Pearson correlation, and the phase of the electric energy meter is determined through the similarity degree.
