Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of force measurement, and relates to an embedded stress measurement method. The method comprises the steps of: installing an embedded stress sensor in a conical holeon the surface of a measured structure through the characteristic that a measured material is deformed under stress; enabling the stress change of a measured object to cause the electric signal output of the sensor; collecting data through a collector, and carrying out the settlement; and finally achieving the direct measurement of the stress of the measured structure. Compared with a conventional stress measurement method, the method reduces the maintenance cost, improves the measurement adaptability, achieves the real-time monitoring of the stress, and can reflect the working state of a measured member in service. 本发明属于测力领域,涉及一种嵌入式应力测量方法。本发明利用被测材料受力变形的特点,在被测结构表面的锥形孔安装嵌入式应力传感器,被测物体的应力变化引起传感器电信号输出,通过采集器采集数据并进行结算,最终实现了被测结构的应力的直接测量。本发明相较于目前应力测量方法,降低了维护成本,提升了测量适应性,实现了对应力的实时监测,能够反映被测构件服役时的工作状态。
