The explosion-proof power-saving miner lamp comprises an LED lamp, a metal reflecting cover and a strong fluorescentagent. The explosion-proof charging manual dual-purpose battery box comprises a battery pack and a manual power generation device. The use method comprises the following steps: charging the battery pack through the external power supply, and taking down the external power supply after charging is completed; and after a miner goes down into the well, turning on an explosion-proof switch, and usingthe explosion-proof miner lamp for lighting under the well.
