Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a smelting method of a high-niobium-content titanium alloy material. The method comprises the following steps that titanium alloy with the high niobium content is burdened according to the components except the niobium element, and the titanium alloy is pressed into an electrode on a hydraulic press and then is bundled or welded with a niobium batten; and afterwards, the combined electrode is smelted for three times through a vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace, a shell type furnace and a vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace in sequence, and finally a high-niobium-content titanium alloy cast ingot with uniform components is obtained.
