Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for culturing spirulina based on biogas slurry. The method comprises the following steps: using waste biomass livestock and poultry manure, namely biogas slurry, as araw material, diluting the biogas slurry by 10 times, and adding 8% of Zarrouk culture solution to culture the spirulina. The spirulina grows well, has favorable absorption effect on nutrient salts such as nitrogen, phosphorus and the like in water body, and has removal rates of ammonia nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen and active phosphorus of 58%, 83%, 77.4% and 53.12% respectively. The method can not only save costs, but also purify the environment, and has great potential in terms of ecological and environmental protection.
本发明公开了一种基于沼液培养螺旋藻的方法,该方法以废弃生物质畜禽粪便即沼液为原料,对其稀释10倍沼液,并添加8%的Zarrouk培养液后,用于培养螺旋藻,所述螺旋藻生长情况好,螺旋藻对水体中的氮、磷等营养盐具有较好的吸收效果,对氨氮、硝态氮、亚硝态氮和活性磷的去除率可分别达到58%、83%、77.4%和53.12%。利用沼液培养螺旋藻,不仅能够节约成本,还能净化环境,此技术在生态环保方面具有极大的潜力。 |
