Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a system and a technology for preparing N, N-diethyl acrylamide. Diethylamine and methyl acrylate which are used as raw materials are subjected to a Michael addition reaction,an amidation reaction and a thermal cracking reaction to obtain theN, N-diethyl acrylamide, and a star mixer is used for reaction in the Michael addition reaction process. According to the technologydisclosed by the invention, a catalyst solvent used in the Michael addition reaction in N, N-diethyl acrylamide synthesis can be avoided, and the reaction temperature is relatively low.
本发明公开了一种制备N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺的系统及工艺,以二乙胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经过Michael加成反应、酰胺化反应、热裂解反应获得N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺,Michael加成反应过程中采用星型混合器进行反应。本发明的方法能够避免N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺合成中Michael加成反应使用催化剂溶剂,且反应温度较低。 |
