The invention relates to a CCD detection positioning punching device for sheets. The CCD detection positioning punching device is provided with a rack. A waste pulling mechanism, a punching mechanismand a carrying mechanism are sequentially arranged on the rack from left to right. A deviation rectifying feeding mechanism and a storage mechanism are arranged below the carrying mechanism. The deviation rectifying feeding mechanism is located at the front side of the storage mechanism. The waste pulling mechanism comprises an installation base, an adjusting plate, a pressing air cylinder, a first guide roller, a second guide roller and a sliding way. The punching mechanism comprises a punching base, a punching lifting plate, a CCD camera, an upper die core, a lower die core, an oil cylinderand a receiving box. The carrying mechanism comprises a carrying base, a YZ moving module and a vacuum suction cup. The deviation rectifying feeding mechanism comprises a deviation rectifying base, anX moving module, a first a
