Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tumor microenvironment response based CO gas therapeutic agent as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of medicines. The therapeutic agent is Fe-Bpydc nano particles; and a framework of the Fe-Bpydc nano-particles is modified with MnBr(CO)5, and glucose oxidase GOx is further adsorbed in pore channels of the Fe-Bpydc nano-particles at the same time. According to the invention, the MnBr(CO)5 in the gas therapeutic agent releases CO gas under the response of H2O2 overexpressed in a tumor microenvironment, meanwhile, ferrous ions obtained by degradation react with the H2O2 overexpressed in a tumor to generate .OH for ROS treatment, and the killing effect of the CO gas therapeutic agent on the tumor is further improved by combining the mutual synergistic interaction of the ferrous ions and the H2O2 overexpressed in the tumor.
