Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the technical field of hemostasis control, in particular to a pressure adjustment method in a hemostasis process and medical equipment. The pressure adjustment method comprises the following steps that basic information and physiological parameter values of a measured object are obtained, wherein the physiological parameter values at least comprise blood perfusion degree;a hemostasis pressure threshold value and a compression time threshold value are determined according to the basic information; and in the hemostasis process, pressure adjustment is conducted according to the blood perfusion degree, the hemostasis pressure threshold value and the compression time threshold value. Whether the optimal hemostatic pressure is achieved or not is judged by detecting theblood perfusion degree of the detected object in real time, and detection is more timely and accurate.
