A hangover relief beverage composition containing an aged noni juice and a preparing method thereof

The present invention relates to a hangover relief beverage composition containing an aged noni juice and a preparing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention is to provide a hangoverrelief beverage prepared by mixing an aged noni juice with oriental raisin tree fruit concentrate, alder tree concentrate, kudzu-extracted powder, and a non-embryonic soybean fermented extract, sterilizing the same at low temperatures, mixing the same with xylitol, citric acid monohydrate, a composite scutellaria extract, mixing the same with purified water to be mixed with a mixed liquid sterilized at low temperatures, and sterilizing the same at high temperatures. The hangover relief beverage prepared by adding samples useful for relieving hangover to the aged noni juice increases the activity of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) and aldehyde dehydrogenase (ALDH) to promote alcohol metabolism, thereby lowering alcohol concentration and acetaldehyde concentration.
