Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a high-sensitivity resonant micro-optical gyroscope based on self-injection frequency locking and a detection method thereof. A DFB is connected with a first port of a CIR, asecond port of the CIR is connected with an MZI through an ISO, the two output ends of the MZI are connected with the two input ends of a WGMR respectively, the first output end of the WGMR is connected with the input end of a C2, the second output end of the WGMR is connected with the first input end of the C3, the second output end of the C2 is connected with the first input end of the C1, the second output end of the C3 is connected with the second input end of the C1, the output end of the C1 is connected with the third port of the CIR, the first output end of the C2 is connected with thefirst input end of the C4 through an OFDL, the first output end of the C3 is connected with the second input end of the C4 through a PM, the output end of the C4 is connected with the PD, and the PD is connected with the EC. A
