Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for preventing a clutch of an automatic transmission from being filled with oil excessively. The method comprises the following steps of measuring a time duration froma time when the clutch orders an oil pressure to be reduced to 0 bar to a time when the clutch is filled with oil again next time through a timer after receiving a gear-shifting command, and meanwhile, measuring an oil temperature of hydraulic oil of the clutch by means of temperature measuring equipment; and making sure that an oil filling phenomenon is avoided in the gear-shifting process by reducing the oil filling height and shortening the oil filling time when the clutch is filled with oil again next time or delaying a send-out time of a target gear in the gear-shifting command accordingto the measured time and the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil.
