The preparation method comprises the following steps that a sliver-containing magnesium alloy is prepared through smelting; and micro-arc oxidation is conducted to form the antibacterial micro-arc oxidation film on the surface of the sliver-containing magnesium alloy. The method can endow the micro-arc oxidation film with excellent antibacterial performance; the operation is simple, safe and reliable; and the antibacterial micro-arc oxidation film has a wide application prospect in the field of orthopaedic implants. 本发明公开了一种抗菌微弧氧化膜层的制备方法，包括以下步骤：先熔炼制备含银的镁合金，再进行微弧氧化，在含银的镁合金表面形成抗菌微弧氧化膜层。本发明的方法可以赋予微弧氧化膜层优异的抗菌性能，且操作简单、安全可靠，在骨科植入物领域具有广阔的应用前景。
