The wire rod comprises 0.01%-0.06% of C, 0.50%-0.80% of Si, 1.35%-1.70% of Mn, 2.0%-2.40% of Ni, 0.2%-0.4% of Mo, 0.04%-0.09% of Ti, smaller than or equal to 0.010% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.005% of S, 0.01%-0.03% of Al, smaller than orequal to 20 ppm of O and smaller than or equal to 60 ppm of N, smaller than or equal to 2 ppm of H and the balance Fe and impurities. The yield strength Rp0.2 of the wire rod is larger than or equal to 600 MPa, the tensile strength Rm is larger than or equal to 730 MPa, and the ductility A is larger than or equal to 21%.
