Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a heat treatment method of a thick-wall L80-13Cr seamless steel tube. The heat treatment method comprises the following steps that (1) the seamless steel tube is heated to 980-1010 DEG C in a quenching furnace to complete the austenitizing process of a structure; (2) the seamless steel tube is horizontally placed on a rotary riding wheel above a water tank filled with circulating water, and an inner nozzle is opened to spray in the circulating water while the rotary riding wheel is rotated; (3) the rotary riding wheel drives the seamless steel tube to rotate, and the riding wheel gradually sinks below the water surface by half to two-thirds; and (4) the seamless steel tube taken out of water is rapidly conveyed to a cooling bed, air blowing cooling is carried out by using an axial flow fan, and then tempering treatment is carried out .
