The primer group for detecting the SARS-CoV-2 novel coronavirus N gene comprises an outer primer F3-N1, an outer primer B3-N1, an inner primer FIP-N1, an inner primer BIP-N1, a loop primer LF-N1 and a loop primer LB-N1. The primer group for detecting the SARS-CoV-2 novel coronavirus N gene can specifically amplify SARS-CoV-2 novel coronavirus N gene segments; 20 copies can be detected minimally; and compared with a conventional PCR method, the primer group has the advantage that the detection sensitivity is greatly improved, so that whether SARS-CoV-2 novel coronavirus exists in a detected sample or not is judged.
