Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a primer pair, a kit and a method for detecting a Zika virus, the primer pair is provided with a forward primer and a reverse primer, and the kit is provided with a primer pair and a probe. The detection method comprises the following step: performing real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction by using a forward primer, a reverse primer and a probe to amplify the nucleic acid molecule of the Zika virus. The forward primer comprises a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, the reverse primer comprises a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 2, and the probe comprises a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 3. 一种检测兹卡病毒的引物对、试剂盒及方法，引物对具有正向引物及反向引物，试剂盒具有引物对及探针。检测方法包括利用正向引物、反向引物、及探针进行实时逆转录聚合酶链锁反应来扩增兹卡病毒的核酸分子。正向引物包含如SEQ ID NO:1所示的序列，反向引物包含如SEQ ID NO:2所示的序列，探针包含如SEQ ID NO:3所示的序列。
