According to the invention, through combined applicationof keratinase and beta-glucanase, the chitosan oligosaccharide with the uniform molecular weight distribution and the polymerization degree of 4-6 is obtained. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the enzymolysis time is greatly shortened, and the average yield is as high as 87%.
