According to the invention, through combined applicationof keratinase and beta-glucanase, the chitosan oligosaccharide with the uniform molecular weight distribution and the polymerization degree of 4-6 is obtained. According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the enzymolysis time is greatly shortened, and the average yield is as high as 87%. 本发明涉及一种抑制脂肪吸收的聚合度为4-6的壳寡糖的制备工艺。本发明通过角蛋白酶与β-葡聚糖酶的联合应用,获得了分子量分步均匀的聚合度为4-6的壳寡糖。本发明所述制备方法,大大缩短了酶解时间,平均产率高达87%。
