The method comprises the steps of firstly, performing real-time satellite orbit calculation on the basis of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) measurement or orbit extrapolation calculation; and secondly, comparing a nominal orbit semi-major axis which is bound on a satellite with a satellite average orbit semi-major axis which is calculated in real time, and performing autonomous thrust calibration and autonomous orbit control quantity calculation when an error is greater than an autonomous orbit control threshold for N times continuously.
