The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: pretreatment: cutting a large-size SMT raw material into a target size of an SMTtemplate, cutting: moving the SMT template to cutting equipment to be cut and detected, moving the cut SMT template to the next process through a conveyor belt, and screen frame glue sealing: placingthe SMT template in an assembly area, fixing the SMT template on a silk screen, fixing the SMT template by using a screen frame, sealing the periphery of the screen frame with glue, and removing the redundant silk screen after the glue is cured, wherein the SMT template is cut in the cutting process, the SMT template is detected, and the defective SMT template is reprocessed.
