The system comprises a 5GAI platform, a registration login module, a database, an energy collection module, a security module, a facerecognition unit, a vehicle planning unit, a perimeter defense unit, a traffic module, a vehicle moving unit, an inspection unit, a noise detection unit, an alarm module and a security distribution module. Safety protection is carried out on the park through the safety protection module, the safety protection module comprises a face recognition unit, a vehicle planning unit and a perimeter defense unit, identity recognition is carried out on personnel entering and exiting the park through the face recognition unit, and the vehicle planning unit is used for planning a driving route of an external vehicle in the park.
