The antenna comprises a mode composite single-ridge waveguide, a transverse slot periodicleaky-wave antenna based on a substrate integrated waveguide TE10 mode, a longitudinal slot periodic leaky-wave antenna based on a substrate integrated single-ridge waveguide TE20 mode, a substrate integrated waveguide feed network, a substrate integrated single-ridge waveguide feed network, a microstrip line conductor and a dielectric substrate. The antenna provided by the invention can be used in a microwave and millimeter wave multi-frequency communication system, has the advantages of composite structure, miniaturization, light weight and easiness in integration, and has the characteristics of ultralow cross polarization and low profile.
