The invention provides a developing device, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus. The developing device comprises a developer carrier (25) for carrying a developer, a developing frame body (39) that rotatably supports the developer carrier (25); a first end member (37) that supports one end side of the developer carrier (25) in the axial direction of the developing frame body (39);and another end member (38) that supports the other end side of the developer carrier (25) in the axial direction of the developing frame body (39).
