Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a citrinin determination method, and the method adopts an external standard method to determine the content of citrinin, and comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a citrinin standard solution with a certain concentration gradient, and drawing a standard curve of a concentration peak area by using liquid chromatography; (2) enabling the sample solution to pass througha 0.22 [mu]m filter membrane, determining by adopting liquid chromatography, and calculating the concentration according to the standard curve in the step (1). The citrinin determination method is suitable for detection of citrinin in monascus fermentation broth, a monascus extracting solution, wheat koji yellow rice wine or monascus yellow rice wine, the lowest detection limit and quantificationlimit are 3ng/mL and 10ng/mL respectively, linearity is good within the range of 10-1,000ng/mL, and interference of other fluorescent substances generated by monascus can be overcome. 本发明公开了一种桔霉素的测定方法,采用外标法测定桔霉素的含量,步骤如下:(1)配置
