The invention discloses a vehicle lubricating oil detection device and system. The device comprises a light source generator, a light sensation module and a processing module; the optical signal transmitting end of the light source generator is arranged on one side of the lubricating oil tank and used for transmitting a first optical signal to the lubricating oil; the optical signal receiving endof the light sensation module is arranged on the other side of the lubricating oil tank and used for receiving a second optical signal transmitted by the first optical signal through the lubricating oil; and the light sensation module is further used for generating a corresponding current signal according to the received second light signal and sending the current signal to the processing module,so that the processing module detects at least one of the following parameters according to the current signal: the service life of the vehicle lubricating oil and the decay state of the vehicle lubricating oil.
