A motor is arranged at the top end of a drying cylinder; the motor is connected to a main shaft; the main shaft is arranged in the drying cylinder; a supporting frame is arranged at the lower end of the interior of the drying cylinder; the bottom end of the main shaft is connected to the supporting frame; a drying roller is arranged on the mainshaft; a small lifting door is arranged on one side of the drying roller; a feeding port and an exhaust port are further arranged at the top end of the drying cylinder; an air inlet is arranged on one side of the drying cylinder; an opening and closing door is arranged on the other side of the drying cylinder; a discharging port is arranged at the bottom end of the drying cylinder; supporting lugs are arranged on the outer side wall of the lower end of the drying cylinder; and the top end of a support is connected to the supporting lugs.
