The pouring method comprises the following steps of heating a mold, a pouring tank and a gas cylinder for storing SF6 to a first preset temperature, a second preset temperature and a third preset temperature; exhausting gas in the pouring tank to enable the vacuum degree of the pouring tank to be lower than 50 Pa, and obtain the gas-exhausted pouring tank; filling the gas-exhausted pouring tank with SF6 gas in the gas cylinder to enable the vacuum degree of the pouring tank to be 0.039 to 0.04 MPa and obtain the gas-filled pouring tank; and pouring the epoxy resin in a final mixing tank into the mold in the gas-filled pouring tank according to a preset flow diameter.
