Straightening machining process of civil air defense door frame

The invention relates to the technical field of civil air defense door manufacturing, in particular to a straightening machining process of a civil air defense door frame. The process comprises the following steps that (1). a height position of an upper clamping roller is adjusted according to an outer diameter of a part to be straightened, and then a position of an inner barrel in a straighteningmechanism is adjusted, so that a height position of a central axis of the inner barrel and a center position of a distance between the upper clamping roller and a lower clamping roller are located atthe same height; (2). one end of the part to be straightened sequentially penetrates a first fixing mechanism, the straightening mechanism and a second fixing mechanism; (3), the height position of the upper clamping roller is adjusted till the upper clamping roller abuts against the part to be straightened, and then the part to be straightened is clamped through a clamping assembly on the straightening mechanism; and (4)
