Zusammenfassung:	A raw material processing device (10) for efficiently processing a raw material is provided with a first tubular member (16) and a second tubular member (24). At least a part of the first tubular member (16) is heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the reaction temperature of the raw material (100), and the first tubular member (16) discharges water vapor (102) supplied from a first endportion, i.e., one end portion in the longitudinal direction, from a second end portion, i.e., the other end portion in the longitudinal direction.
