The present invention discloses a rock debris mixing and stirring system, which comprises a hollow tank body, a partition plate, a spin-drying machine, a centrifugal machine, a spiral conveyor, a plurality of first vibration motors, a plurality of second vibration motors and a plurality of third vibration motors; wherein the interior of the tank body is divided into a dry rock debris bin and a thick slurry bin through a vertically-arranged partition plate.
