The production process comprises the following steps: adding deionized water as a solvent into a stirring kettle; heating the deionized water in the stirring kettle to 30-35 DEG C, then adding 2-35 parts by mass of potassium permanganate into the deionized water, and starting a stirrer in the stirring kettle to stir so that the potassium permanganate is fully dissolved in the deionized water; introducing nitrogen into the stirring kettle to discharge air, and continuously pressurizing to increase the pressure in the stirring kettle; dissolving 30-55 parts by mass of sodium hypochlorite, 10-15 parts by mass of chlorine dioxide and 5-8 parts by mass of EDTA disodium into deionized water to prepare a sodium hypochlorite solution; adding the sodium hypochlorite solution into the stirring kettle in the step 3, starting the upper -lower stirrer in the stirring kettle, and stirring up and down; rapidly heatingthe solution in the stir |
