The nanoemulsion has a droplet diameter between 1 and 100 nm and consists of the following raw materials inpercentage by mass: 25.00%-40.00% of a surfactant, 3.80%-10.00% of a cosurfactant, 3.00%-25.00% of oil, 0.05%-2.50% of fluconazole, 0.01%-0.70% of magnolol, and the balance of distilled water, and sumof the mass percentages of the above raw materials is 100%. The nano-emulsion preparation is clear and transparent liquid, has good stability, improves solubility of fluconazole, overcomes defect oflow bioavailability of fluconazole in vivo, delays metabolism time of fluconazole in vivo, reduces adjuvant dosage, reduces production cost, and has broad market prospects in the field of medicines.
