The method comprises the following steps that: 1, a network is initialized: a sink nodebroadcasts and awakens nodes in the network to all the nodes and informs all the nodes of the position of the sink node; after other nodes receive a wake-up message of an aggregation node, the distances between the nodes and the aggregation node are calculated and stored after the nodes are compared with the position of the aggregation node, and the nodes wait for subsequent use; all nodes in thenetwork calculate and store residual energy; 2, a sending node starts to transmit and forward data: RTS information is broadcast to nodes in surrounding single hops; the node meeting the requirementreplies a CTS message to the sending node; the priority of each node is calculated; the sending times C of each node is allocated; and 3, a final forwarding node is determined by using a back-off strategy.
