Fuel manifold sealing method and device

The invention discloses a fuel manifold sealing method and device. The device comprises an arch-shaped frame, a pressing block, a tightening screw and sphere or sealing cones used for blocking and sealing fuel injection holes, one tail end of the arch-shaped frame is provided with a threaded through hole, and the other tail end of the arch-shaped frame is provided with a first mounting groove; a second mounting groove is formed in the end surface of the pressing block; the tightening screw penetrates through the threaded through hole in the arch-shaped frame and then is connected with one endof the pressing block; and one of the two spheres or sealing cones is detachably connected into the first mounting groove, and the other one of the two spheres or sealing cones is detachably connectedinto the second mounting groove. During a test, the arch-shaped frame is clamped on a spray rod, different spheres and sealing cones are assembled according to the positions of a bracket and a weld joint and the structures of
