The rotary quick-locking type fluid connector assembly comprises a plug and a socket; the plug is inserted into the socket, the plug comprises a plug disc shell I and a plug disc shell II, and the plug disc shell II is fixedly arranged on the outer side surface of the plug disc shell I; and a stainless steel gasket is arranged between the plug disc shell I and the plug disc shell II, the plug disc shell II is provided with a screw used for fixing the plug disc shell I, and the inner side surface of the plug disc shell I is rotatably provided with a two-curved-groove disc shell. According to the rotary quick-locking type fluid connector assembly, in the plug, a cylindrical pin rotates in the two curved grooves todrive a supporting block and a sealing block to move linearly, so that opening and closing of a flow channel are achieved, the traditional design of a compression spring is eliminated, the insertion force between the plug and
